Does UAE relocation even make sense at my wealth level?
That's exactly what our first conversation is for. Our experience shows that below €300–500k net worth, relocation often doesn't make economic sense — the costs and complications outweigh the benefits. If that's your situation, we'll tell you honestly. We believe long-term trust is built on candour, not on closing deals at any cost.
Won't I get into trouble with my home country tax authority?
It's an important question and a wise one to ask. CFC rules and exit tax are real — which is why we build structures with genuine substance, not façade solutions. We work with experienced tax lawyers who verify every structure for compliance with the laws of your home jurisdiction. Legal security is a prerequisite for us, not an option.
Will I pay 0% tax?
It depends on the type of business, revenue structure and how funds are withdrawn. In many cases tax burdens are significantly lower than in the client's home country — but we don't promise 0% before analysing your situation. We verify this in Package A, to ensure the model complies with current UAE corporate tax regulations (9% CIT above a certain threshold applies since 2023).
Do I have to live in Dubai?
Not permanently — but genuine presence is required. For the structure to work tax-wise and to obtain a TRC (Tax Residency Certificate), you need to meet certain "center of life" conditions. We ourselves operate between Europe and Dubai — we know models that give you mobility without compromising the structure's integrity.
How are you different from other Dubai relocation firms?
The market is cluttered with intermediaries selling companies off the shelf. What sets us apart: we've been through this ourselves and hold our own structures outside EU jurisdiction. We have legal knowledge and inside knowledge of the European banking system. We say "no" to clients for whom relocation doesn't make sense. And we don't sell — we build.
How long does it take and where do I start?
The first structural elements are in place within 1–2 weeks of the decision. The full process — company, visa, account — takes 4–8 weeks. We always start with Package A: diagnosis and Roadmap. This allows both of us to assess whether to proceed before you commit serious capital and time.
